Parents
An activation key is required to create a Campus Parent account.
New families will receive an activation key email within a week of the Online Registration application approval.

Online Registration
Registration for the 2026-2027 school year opens on April 06, 2026 for all returning families and new students grades PK - 5. New student registration for grades 6 - 12 opens June 1, 2026.
Existing Hazelwood families with returning students, please log into Campus Parent and Select More from the navigation menu, then select Online Registration Update to complete an Online Registration application.
If you want your student(s) to attend Summer School, you must complete the Annual 2026-2027 Online Registration. (It's Required)
New families, please go to New Families to Hazelwood to begin an Online Registration application.

The Hazelwood School District Fall 2026 MOCAP enrollment form will be available starting April 27, 2026. Click the link to begin MOCAP Scroll down to Steps to Enroll in MOCAP Courses and complete the Google form for the school the student is enrolled in.
